Sorry for the late reply (this is not our main support channel). Could you please tell us the case number of your email, or what email address you used.
We answer ALL emails. Hopefully, you have received a reply by now, if not, please reach out to us again (email, live chat, social media or here).

I will double check our spam filters as well, and see if your email may have been mistakenly marked as junk mail (!).

Regarding your concern;
How many arbs do you currently get? How many bookmakers do you use? And may I ask which bookmakers?
Have you double checked your filter settings as well?

regards,

Hanna

Interested in betting on negative middles? :o

Think of them as a long-term investment!
Take a look here to see how you can profit from these potentially golden situations:
https://www.rebelbetting.com/faq/what-is-a-negative-middle

To get negative middles, just enable them in the Options menu (arbitrage tab) in RebelBetting.

I sent RB an email about my problem on friday (3 November), still they didn't reply. No arbs shown in my RB. It says "Received 0 arbs". Anybody else experiencing this problem? Is there a problem in RB?

Hi! Sorry to hear this. We checked recently and we do get arbs at the moment. First, make sure that you check your filter settings so you don't hide arbs without knowing.
(Note that we offer less support during weekends)

Hi rebelbetting

I informed you before 20 days via email that i cant see arbs from betshop, and you answer me that you will try to fix it, its 20 days since then, if you are not gonna fix it, just remove this book,

Also i find dozen of arbs  between mybet and pinnacle in hockey games but all are wrong cause its regular time vs OT , so all this arbs are irrelevant, at least there is the "check overitme rules" label.

To be honest i can live without betshop, but its bothering me to have a book, and i cant see arbs, especialy after 20 days that i informed you.

For mybet/pinnacle hockey arbs, also i find it pointless to show useless arbs, its not that some have different rules, but 100% of these arbs have different rules.

I dont want to be harsh on you or anything, but its good to fix things like this.

Kind Regards

Hi! Of course, we understand. Thank you for informing us about different OT rules. Bookmakers sometimes change rules without letting us know, so we appreciate that you report this to us. We will look into this as soon as possible, Hopefully, we'll be able to get Betshop back soon, we're sorry for the inconvenience but sometimes it could take a while. We're working on getting them back  as soon as possible.

How about some of the US friendly bookies like:

Heritage
Youwager
Wagerweb
Betphoenix
Jazzsports
Betmania
Mcbookie
Carib sports
Hrwager
BetUS
Betlatina

Etc.  Anyone can use them as they have little to no country restrictions and it could attract a US public for you guys.

Yes, please some U.S. friendly books.

WagerWeb for sure. Soft, slow to change lines.
Carib would be good, but I eventually got kicked out of there.
YouWager is a nice, fast book. Not sure about the odds.
BetPhoenix is not bad. Odds close to Pinnacle, but not as good.
Fairlay Bitcoin book is the best book for Pinnacle-like odds.

Thank you guys for your suggestions and info regarding US bookmakers!

Your horse arbitrage is useless. The odds the RB software displays for it are all false.

Hi! I'm sorry to hear that. We haven't had any complaints about this from other customers before. Could you please tell us more about this? Do you have any screenshots to share? And do you experience outdated odds all the time or occasionally? Which bookmakers?

Please email support@rebelbetting.com as well and we will, of course, look into this further.

Have you tried out betting on harbs(horse racing arbs) yet? ;)

If not, we suggest you do!

To benefit from horse racing you’ll need to do Lay betting: http://rebelbetting.com/faq/lay-bet. This means you’ll have to use an exchange as well as your regular bookmakers when you’re arbing. Example of betting exchanges is Betfair, Matchbook, Smarkets, and Betdaq.

Before you start to benefit from horse racing arbs, we suggest you get familiar with some of the horse racing rules: http://rebelbetting.com/faq/horse-racing-rules

If you are interested in learning more about sports arbitrage betting in general you should check out our FAQ help page as well: http://rebelbetting.com/faq
