Arbing and trading talk / Do you enjoy arbing
« on: June 12, 2017, 11:32:36 PM »
I have been arbing for 14 years now, and still enjoy the buzz of arbing every day  (I tend to only do Thurs-Sun these days unless a big event on).

I dont think I will ever have a day where I dont feel the thrill and buzz of firing up my screens and putting down bets that make money.

Wondering if we are all the same or do some of you hate it, find it a grind etc

Skrill / Skrill "source of wealth" Ballcocks
« on: May 13, 2017, 12:36:01 AM »
I am a Skrill customer for 2 years, since they stopped their reward program I only use them for betfair and Betdaq occasionally as they are faster than debit card transactions.

This week they sent me a "source of wealth" form to fill in.

After a few emails they insisted I send in my Betfair screens of Profit & Loss, deposits/withdrawals and registration details. (No idea what that has to do with the funds I have and want to spend with Betfair)  I have reluctantly sent them this although I feel it puts the security of my BF account at risk to ID fraud.

What annoys me is why they even need this info in the first place, and 2 days after providing them with this invasive info they have not responded back to me.

Luckily I have zero money in Skrill and no need to use them, but I would advise against using them as they are taking the pi$$ and requesting information of matters that as a payment processor shouldnt concern them.

Im am 100% who I say I am, and can use my funds to bet and gamble with whoever I want to and it should be of no business to payment processors other than to ID me and process my payments.

Its like the financial world want to know about every cent you earn and spend these days seriously!!!
PremiumTradings / Pinbet88 almost unuseable
« on: January 20, 2017, 06:07:24 PM »
Over the last few weeks Pinbet88 site has become so unreliable it is now almost unusable.  Constant timeouts, taking a minute to load or accept a bet, failure to load bet in to the betslip, failure to place bets etc etc

If this continues I will have to stop using the services its costing me money!
General talk about betting agents / Pinbet88 slow/errors etc
« on: January 13, 2017, 02:23:28 PM »
Over the last couple of weeks ive been having a lot of problems with Pinbet88. The site sometimes hangs and takes ages to even load, bets sometimes take 30 seconds to be accepted (or get timed out/rejected)

This happens on different browsers/computers and internet connections so im pretty sure the problem is their end.

Anyone else having these issues lately?

Skrill / Reward points ending
« on: May 18, 2016, 03:42:50 PM »
Just had an email confirming reward points will stop on 1st July 2016.

Is there no end to their greed, and is there any reason to use them over bank transfers/debit cards now?
Skrill / New Fees

Received this email today:

We hope you are enjoying your Skrill services.

We have recently reviewed our fee structure and we are getting in touch to let you know about some planned future changes.

Later this year, we will be changing the amount we charge for deposits to Skrill. If you deposit money into your Skrill account, this change will affect you and we encourage you to visit our fees page for full details.

This change forms part of our ongoing commitment to improving your experience with Skrill and we hope you continue to enjoy using our services in the future. Please note, these changes will come into effect from November 22 2015.*

Thank you for using Skrill.

The Skrill Team

Basically they are charging a minimum of 0.5% to upload funds immediately via Skrill Direct, or 1.5% via Sofort .  Only free option is a bank wire which takes 3-5 days.  Not great really.
Arbing and trading talk / Betfair down again
« on: June 12, 2015, 11:12:59 AM »
AUS markets not working.   They also had problems yesterday and over last weekend.  Getting beyond a joke now.  This is what greedy management and cost cutting/outsourcing does!
