So there were no problems when I reported big delays last week but there are now?

I suddenly feel like a liar and wasting your time

We have significantly accelerated William Hill scanning this week.

Really?? -  last week you said there was nothing you could do because of the source - no difference in the accuracy of Hills today - still 9 out of 10 are wrong

Jetbull is out unless you place an arb 2 or 3 days before the event - useless

Yes, we have sped up the bookie this week. The problem (not updated odds) is related to the scanning source. The bookie supplies us with such data. We tried another scanning method, but there were lots of gaps.

What concerns Jetbull, the issue is already known and now in the process of fixing. We kindly ask you to wait a little bit more because the problem is not an easy one. As soon as it is solved, we'll let you know.

Yes, there are some scanning problems with these bookies (except Jetbull).

That is what you said last week - now you realise there is a problem?
How can we take any answer you give seriously?

BB is the only arb service that doesn't redirect to the slip at BF Sportsbook - no idea why

We don't need a plugin - just an efficient service with the minimum of delays - especially on major books like Hills

We have significantly accelerated William Hill scanning this week.
What concerns BF Sportsbook, we'll implement redirect to betslip next week.
If you're aware that some service has a redirect better than we have (web-only versions, not from programs), please inform us immediately.

Surebet.com is the best example of a redirect from web site to BF SB betslip as I have said numerous times over the last few months

Oddsmonkey also does

An extra ip is not that much to ask and would be a nice gesture of goodwill for those of use struggling with the software recently.

You may use several IP by entering a proxy in our plugin

I don't want to use a plugin - using 30 tabs over 3 browsers takes up enough resources without adding to the problem

Struggling is an understatement - another Saturday we should have taken off

I depends on your bankroll - if you can afford to tie up part of if for over a week then most of us will to get a good return

I've got an arb on the Haye-Bellew fight that will be almost 3 months old when the fight takes place

It's useless to us who will not use the arb helper

Does anybody know an alert service that provides these?

I know Oddsmonkey and BetBrain cover them

Oddsmonkey has got an alert service called Oddsmatcher - it is a little delayed but is only £15 a month

I only use the free version of Betbrain - too expensive to try out IMO

Is Betbrain any good? Oddsmonkeys not an alert service I think, the informations far too delayed. I'd really like to find some way of using this book.

Bookies like to offer better value than their competitors - looks good on the comparison sites but they are not happy when you take those better odds - makes you look like a smart punter and that is not the client base they want :D

Paddypower Arsenal 1.33 to 1.3 changed 5 minutes ago and it still hasn't changed on the program, your service is becoming useless.

Paddy, Hills, Jetbull, BF Sportsbook all have delays - we may as well take Saturdays off
