Neteller / Re: Changes to account verification procedure
« on: January 18, 2017, 05:23:23 PM »
So Neteller now want all transaction information from your bank account in order to verify. How long until the books ask for the same?
The books will ask for your cards, nothing else will suffice. Just the matter of time...

I was also told earlier "Please be informed that address verification of your account is optional and recommended, but not obligatory." That sounds like an easy way to get yourself in a trap down the line, when it becomes obligatory and Neteller have a large amount of capital in your account.
You're absolutely right. If you're going to use it have to verify it, asking for trouble any other way

Arbing and trading talk / Re: System Betting
« on: January 17, 2017, 12:19:17 PM »
In my opinion system bet is better than value betting or arbing.
It's not. If you can find value bets you don't need a system, though it can help if it can smooth variance; if you can't find value bets no system will help.

Bookies discussion / Re: Tipbet confiscate balance

It's not the first time when they behave exactly like this. I'm 100% sure it was mentioned before also somewhere on this forum (why did you go there?). It's a no go.

Newbie's questions / Re: Is it worth it?
« on: January 09, 2017, 07:03:50 PM »
I don't know how many years (12-15?) since the good days of the old forum that I've been hearing about the end of arbitrage. I'm pretty sure that every oldest member of this forum started when arbitrage was already pronounced dead and buried. Nobody knows in advance whether it's going to be worth their while. Like with any other business one takes a risk; in this particular case it's mostly your time and effort.

General talk about e-wallets / Re: Avoiding Skrill's high exchange fees?

Bronze should be ok. As for USD, I don't use it but the best way, as for all your other questions tbh, is to call them and ask. It's not any secrets you want to know.

It's an “old norm”. With vip account they will transfer your money in any currency they offer for subaccounts.

Newbie's questions / Re: Registering with a VPN
« on: January 03, 2017, 01:04:33 PM »
Sharp books won't mind you using VPN/VPS and if they do you can always use agents, they're discussed here. The problem is with softbooks. If you you have access to them from your homecountry and can produce all relevant documents (utility bills in your name, etc) think maybe of some remote desktop software...

Agree with everything you wrote but I would think of some investment speculative syndicates  behind it (like betting syndicates indeed) rather than the action of the state. Not because the state would be “above” such action but because it just seems too small for them to get involved.

Newbie's questions / Re: Newbie..

you could double that in 6-12 months at the expense of your best accounts.
Not to spoil the New Year's festive mood, I'm confident that a rookie won't last 6-12 months on one id. 1-2 months before he burns all the books he can think of and venture into the minefields imho is more realistic.

China's GDP is 9.24 trillion USD, its reserves, only in USD, 3.052 trillion. I'm not sure they (I mean the state, not private investors) can be bothered about something with total capitalisation of about 16 billion USD. Not their league..

Arbing and trading talk / Re: 1Xbet

If they detect you arb they can change lines and trap your money. This is on top of the possibility of not being able to withdraw. Been discussed here more than once, avoid like a plague.

General talk about e-wallets / Re: Neteller fee raise
« on: January 01, 2017, 02:32:35 PM »
Today I got this message from all local banks:
"From 01.01.2017, 18% tax is applied to the online payments with your card abroad (except for the purchase of hotels, merchandises, tickets). and 10% tax is applied to e-wallets(skrill/neteller) deposits."
Happy new year to me.
Thank you my country for these new fucking laws.
Bloody Hell :o I don't know how much you make from it but maybe you could consider moving to a neighbouring country just for the sake of residency?
