Newbie

Sun Mar 17, 2013 1:31 pm

Hello everyone,
I'm now to this forum and I'm also new to arbitrage betting.I heard of this from my friend 3 days ago and started surfing the internet and reading articles.It's good opportunity to make money,but I have to admit I'm little bit scared.Whats your advice for me and what do you think I should do?I haven't opened any accounts yet,I have downloaded some programs like RebelBetting,SureBetMonitor and tryed to figure out how they work.Only thing I'm worried about is closing accounts or limiting bets.I'm not a searious gambler,I would turnover maybe 500€ per month.I think it's not much.Feel free to say anything,any advice or help is welcome.

P.S. I'm sorry if I made any grammar mistakes,I'm from Croatia :)

Dobro dosli prietelj,
I m afraid that 500 is not enough, even to say "hi" here. Don't wanna disappoint you but you need far more capital.

@anormal1992

I read many articles on other pages and many old topics on this forum,but I wanted to hear it one more time.I'm just a begginer and I don't want to make a mistake.

@Arbusers

Thants very nice gesture,thank you :) I tought that was much money,then I guess I was wrong.Maybe youd didn't understand me.I would make 500€ per month using bigger capital.That would be enough for me,for the beggining.I could take that money and buy my self new laptop,smartpohone.Theres a lot of things I have to learn,I guess.I mean,I can't place 5k on my first bet.Tell me what you think,how big should my capital be,whats the first thing I have to do?Any information is welcome.

Your bankroll should be everything you have right now, maybe even some loan, forget about spending any money soon, all profit should be used for arbing.

Haha I can't belive this,I have already met 3 guys from CRO on this forum,so small but so big.Kako tak puno bokte,di cu naci tolike pare.
I read a lot of threads,and I saw many people saying ''you need at least 10k to start''I don't understand why wouldn't it be okay if I had like 1000€ as my bankroll,I could still make some money,maybe not much but I could still do it.

Zdravej ot Bulgaria.
When I started an year ago, I was making 50 percent a month. When you haven't big bankroll, you make higher profit percentage.

if you only place bets that start within hours, there`s no problem with making a little.
but what about the high arbs that start in 7+ days. if you place them you are out for a week or even more.

One thing is your investment (ok to start with 500 if you only have this). But you need to bet much more than that per month in order to get some profit. If you get 2% per arbitrage (that's normal) you would only get USD 10 per month betting USD 500.
But with USD 500 you could be able to bet 3.000 to 5.000 a month, so your profit could be much more.

@ppintaluba

Thank you for your help.I wrote I would turnover 500€ per month,but I tought something else.I would like to make around 500€ per month.
What do you think how big should my bankroll be?2% is normal?Per month?I tought is was more like 10-15% because I would have to have at least 100k to have a deacent profit.

2% is normal for each bet. You will find lots of 1% arbitrage, some 2% arbitrages, and a few 3% or more arbitrages.
10% - 15% monthly is possible (even more) at the beguining at least.
You should be able to make 500 a month with a 5000 investment without problems, at least the first months before being limited on most bookies.
Good luck.
