Betsson rejected me scans of documents require digital photos. Someone had a similar situation?

Happened to me at Tipico , they don't accept scans , only digital photos.

Make a photo with a phone, surely you can find one

it cant'b be so simply. but I try   then the problem may be, if some your "friend" will give you an account, and do not have a camera ...
