Sharp bookie first bet
I read everywhere, that it´s safer to place first bet at the soft bookie and than at the sharp bookie. But I´ve been thinking...in the cases where I´m 100% sure about the maximum stake allowed on the soft bookie, wouldn´t it be safer to place the bet first at the pinnacle/betfair etc. since they are more quick in changing the lines?

Their lines are more often correct, it is not like it will always go down because a soft book is arbable with it. They do change quite often when the arb pops up on some alert services but it is not like day drop by a lot it will still be an arb. Unlike if the soft book drops the odds it is usually a -arb right away.

What if softbook changes odds after you placed your bet at sharp side?adamLAJ wrote: I read everywhere, that it´s safer to place first bet at the soft bookie and than at the sharp bookie. Re: Sharp bookie first bet
Just have a look on market and examine which odd is considerably different than market's average , of course that's if arb involves only softs , if it involves sharps then value is on softdwaynnyt wrote:Bumping this up please.how we know which side is value on pregame abi?

Re: Sharp bookie first bet
When you place a bet at Pinnacle you are first at the slip where you fill in your stake then when pressing place wager you will come to another screen, with an overlook of your bet and the option to hit confirm wager or cancel. Before i hit confrim can Pinnacle change the odd and tell me to start over or is this odd reserved for me for a limited time?
