rivalo problems with voided bet
« on: November 01, 2014, 02:48:48 PM »

I placed a bet on a latvian match during the HT

The result was 2:0 at that moment , my bet - slip writes "2:0 at bet-slip submission" , but they are saying me that the result was not 2:0 in their system.
Then , how is possible that it is written "2:0 at bet-slip submission" ??? If result was let's say 3-0 in their system , then it would write 3:0 at my bet-slip , not 2-0

P:S anyone who can translate that german thing ? I went to google translate , but it seems it doesn't work so well.

Palpable error: Bets between 13:51:00 to 14:05:00 have been cancelled because of incorrect score information. Score should have been 2-0.

how come it says over/under 2.5 if score was 3-0?
There was some big movement on this match, i've seen this arb with a different bookmaker so i'm guessing your bet should not be voided.

Since the bet slip writes 2:0 , then it means that the result was 2:0 right ?

Yeah there was loads of movement on this arb, rivalo was on the correct side at first, then everybody shifted on the other side but rivalo stayed put.
Bullshit about their excuse i say, but what can you do?

Rivalo counts the o/u market for the rest of the match , so that is o/u 4.5 for the full time.

The reason they voided is because there was incorrect score.
The real score of the match was 2-0 , and the result shown by rivalo was 2-0 as we can see at the bet slip...So , not sure what they mean by incorrect score ?? I asked them what was the result of the match and what was the result in your company at the moment i placed the bet , they simply didn't respond...Ok , i would understand it if the match was 2-0 and the score at rivalo was 3-0 , but rivalo had the same score as it was in reality.

It has nothing to do with "incorrect" odd and stuff like this.Firstly , I placed the same bet at bet365 @ 2.25 ...Then i saw that rivalo was @2.30 and placed 50 EUR more.
The odd was moving the other way after the second half started

I guess their trader fell asleep during halftime and didnt follow the market movement which happened later.
So they decided to void everything...

They can sleep as much as they want , better to fire their traders than void a bet without a reason.
The bet at rivalo is placed at 13:53 PM , fortunately i have placed the same bet at the same time at bet365 @ 2.25 , so i have proofs if they claim some incorrect odds.

These people are born to be clown artists.

After a long conversation , i was told that the result was incorrect. It was shown as 3-0 , while the real result was 2-0.( i am sure they are lying , i saw it was 2-0 with my own eyes)
When i asked why my bet-slip says the result as 2-0 at the moment the bet was placed ...they said we changed it from 3-0 to 2-0  ,, hahhahahahh they really think people are so stupid ? Hey morons , we are not stupid ; we just can't do shit against you ;   you can do whatever to us , you can void whetever bet you want with whatever reason you want, but that doesn't mean that we are stupid.

But i see from your posts that people are starting to use Rivalo. As I could notice some months ago here everybody said it's risky and was advisable to stay away. Anything changed lately that they became reliable?!? From your experience, I would say no...
