OP is right it is mostly BS. Looks like it's been written by a bookmaker (or another arber  ::)) trying to put people off arbing. The fact that it starts by saying arbing is unprofitable is a good start lol. Then all that rubbish about scammers, 50-60% of arbers being victims of 'cyber fraud'. A photo of someones id and the login to an email created just for signing up to bookies isn't going to get a scammer that far
