Whatever the real figure of genuinely individual accounts that are controlled by individual people, smart bettors still would make up an extremely small minority of all e-wallet customers.

As I said before, if the bookmakers thought that a very big proportion of e-wallet customers were only smart bettors, then the bookmakers would get rid of the e-wallets, but they haven't done that, so that tells you that they must think that having e-wallets are a net positive for their profits.

Imo they can' t stop not even one person who takes action in lower leagues with these regulations. But they can stop maybe 90% of arbers/valuebettors bonus abu. Imagine requesting bank acc & debit card from your friend. I believe it is clear enough their aim

smart bettors are for sure minority of ewallets customers , indeed.
But when it comes to their turnover how much percentage is smart bettors' action?!
I believe in 18 of October they would raise their max fees to 18 eur  ,, ehh?
Now ... and more in the future to come they can take their 18 eur and stick it to where they know!!!

Suppose that you have a bwin account limited to 1 euro, but able to get automatically all arbs that bwin offers each day.

Yes, ok, but even there are automated systems im not sure how many surebets you find per day. In my record is 30 surebet per day one bookie and i covered probably hole day
Second question is. When bookie trader sees some 10000 bets history per month 24hcd  sry its nanosecond ban

Thanks for letting me know. Another bot owner contacted me via pm and told me exactly the same, so I guess you are both right and I must be wrong when it comes to bwin.

i am surprised to read that normal people still using Scrill.

From what i hear around, mailny people from Fyrom use them, who are basically 99,99% scammers, so we have to be on red alert with Scrill.

Of course, we don't forget that were reported here, for giving to bookmakers their customer's activities and data.

I m afraid you are wrong here. IMO 60% of our community use NT with the remaining 40% using Skrill. I wouldn't say that they are scammers, nor that they come from a particular country. Users spread is equal with NT. Furthermore, the use of the google authenticator token is a great asp.

No, from what has been said, the first deposit has to be by debit card or whatever and then if you have verified the code they send to you by post, then a month after opening the account the Greeks can then continue with Skrill.

Personally I left bwin like 8 months back, I was not even getting 1€ limitation , I got 0.01€ limitation ,but minimal stake was 0.5€.... and it was after maybe 3 days placing arbs, I guess there is topic somewhere here about fast limitations in bwin.

And well ewallets are also using players from some restricted countrys from which is usually blocked payment with card or getting money back directly to your bank account could flag legal actions as using non licensed booker is not very legal there ,but they are also not blocked.
