My name is Martina I am posting on my sons account and Last October I won approximately 26,000 Euros from an online casino called www.starwincasino.com.my
casino username was posted on the wall of the website for a month saying I won 26.000 Euros which was the biggest win on there in some time. I contacted them to withdrawal and they said my money will be processed and withdrawl to moneybookers account within 2-3 days The time went by and no money...and approximately 4 weeks later I received an email saying they are seizing my money because there was 2 accounts registered at the same location.This is not true! I had made an account and was opened at 5 railroad street Dominon N.S.and the other account was my sons who opened his at 6 Catherine street Scotchtown N,S Canada.These are 2 totally different accounts registered at 2 seperate addresses in different towns. I sent proof of my I.D and bank info all registered to 5 railroad street dominion and the address they are speaking about is my son who lives at 6 Catherine he as well can prove his I.D and bank records to 6 Catherine street .I replied and explained that I went to my sons house after the account was opened and played there as people do having fun gambling.I went to my sons house after the account was opened as I was new to the games and played.The rules for players are there so that 1 person cannot make duplicate accounts in there own name abusing bonus money. They are twisting it around so they do not have to pay out this money. I personally messaged the sister casinos of starwincasino and asked is it ok if i make and account and for example I Said ""If i made an account and make an account at the same house as a relative can we both play , they said we have many peple playing at the same house like fathers and sons it is in place so that the same persn can nt make multiple acvcounts in there own name and this was the casino 7red casino and again I did it to starwin just seeing what they would reply and they said the same thing many customers have duplicate account at the same location, that the rule of one account registered per person,or household is there so that one individual can not make multiple accounts in his/her name to abuse bonus terms and they speciffically said it is no problem at all it is just there so that the same person cannot make numerous accounts under the same name. I also stated if this was a problem why did they not bring this up while making deposits?..They only said it was a problem when customers win!....This is alot of money and I feel very much cheated and I was told that your gaming association is fair and will help customers who are being wronged recieve there money. .I have all the documentation printed and saved. I have all messages and notes saved. along with a copy of there rules and these accounts were registered in 2 different peoples names at 2 seperate address and different towns. account name was Yogi1234. I advise People Not to Play there It is horrible and mean customer service. Not to mention...my initial deposit was for 30 and I had 60 too play with and I won 150 within my first 16 euros of play and I did not go below 100 after that.I never even needed or ask for the bonus it automatically was applied to my account and when I tried to tell them that they responded I should of emailed before I made my deposit to say I did not want the bonus.It is s sad inocent people making deposits and when they win they get ripped off.
