Betclic withdrawal

Wed Mar 25, 2015 7:05 pm

A friend of mine was asking me, as he has got trouble with Betclic (and I got no experience with them):

UK-ID, wanted to withdraw his funds which were deposited via Neteller back to his NT-accout.
After passing all misc. items of KYC they refused paying to NT but only to his bankaccount....

is that a known issue with them?

Thanks for info...

In the past when I was still using them along with Expekt, I had the same problem for some accounts. Luckily my withdrawals were few hundreds

yes that's a known issue, they have that in their terms, i wouldn't go there without a bank account where withdrawals are not a problem

my friend asking now:
anyone tried to withdraw to another UK bank-account in different name (as nowhere the name has to be filled in at their withdrawal mask - see screenshot from my friend?)

thx!

I have done that one time. But you should better check if your bank won't ask you some questions about this situation. Because I had to figure out some believable answers :)
EDIT: I didn't check the picture - previously they asked to provide name. And that probably was the reason why my bank had some questions for me.

I never tried acrobatics so my advice is that the bank owner must be the same with the betclic account owner.

That would be an obvious advice. But the person here was asking if anyone has done that, not what do we think about this kind of idea.

I wouldn't try to withdraw to a bank account which is not owned by the same person.
It's the easiest way to lose your money.
Try to find your friend and ask for his bank account.
Its better to get paid and have to find someone to retrieve the funds instead of losing your money for sure...
