Bookies make their own rules and they do what they want so you need to do what they say but if they do this to you for long time than try go to SBR or BMR and make complaint,it may help if you go public, bookies dont like bad publicity.
One more thing is that you can withdraw about 2200€ from sportingbet without any documents in 99% of cases because they have law that they dont need to ask you anything if you are withdrawing that amount of money.

Too risky to keep 3-4 times 10-12k at sportingbet (even more than 2k) and they dont pay without sending docs, kapetan bets from a different country, they dont like greeks

Re: Sportingbet
The KYC that they ask is "the normal" ID and utility bill, or they ask too for a photo with your ID next to your face?

Re: Sportingbet
Sportingbet; WTA Taipei
Match: Kudermetova - Erakovic.
In my opinion odds are swapped. 15% arb with pinnacle. If I take advantage of that, what are they going to do? Anyone had that experience with sportingbet?
Thanks!
edit: Odds were fixed but not sure what they did with the bets.
