Read this email I received today:

"We are unfortunately writing to apologise for a settlement error that occurred on our website for the Next Permanent Chelsea Manager bet.

The bet in question is:

Bet ID:23812193
Selection:Guus Hiddink @ 1.12
Stake:£80.00 x 1 line
Market:Outright
Event:Next Permanent Chelsea Manager

Please be informed that this bet will stay unsettled due to Guus Hiddink has a contract only until the end of the season, which makes him only temporary manager.

We apologise for the error and any inconvenience caused. As I’m sure you’ll understand, we make every effort to maintain high levels of accuracy throughout the site at all times. Unfortunately, mistakes do happen.

We again apologise for any inconvenience you’ve suffered as a result of our error."

I made the same bet on 3 sites (betfair, winner and W.Hill). The only one who didn´t pay is winner.

pd: Can I do something about this?

They make their own rules, I doubt you'll get winnings but not voiding the bet seems fucking sneaky from them.. ( but if they didn't add Pernanament Manager by XX/XX/XXX) then I guess they can reason into not voiding it.
