Hi Guys,
Couple of weeks ago, I opened account with 10bet. I thought it is quite good bookie but after opening and making some deposit I have few winings. I deposited 200GBP and now I am sitting on 2000GBP. I tried very hard to lose on this account but somehow I always manage to win. Now I am trying to withdraw money but I received following email:
"Following your withdrawal request, please note that according to our rules your bonus and all the winnings will be deducted if you insist on your withdrawal being processed since you have not completed your bonus roll-over.
Thus, you will be able to have only your initially deposited funds sent.
Otherwise, you may cancel your withdrawal and continue to roll over your bonus in order to be able to withdraw your winnings as well.
First deposit bonus rollover is not completed. Your left to roll over amount is 2340.60 AUD. Maximum bet contribution is 121 AUD.
We are looking forward to your final decision concerning this situation."
Funny thing is bonus did show up on my account and I tried to use bonus bet. But couldn't find any option to use bonus bet. I contacted customer service and following was their reply
"Dear *****, We would like to kindly inform you that the real funds are always used first, before you can use the bonus funds. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Best regards, "
I said Fuck I don't need bonus. When I put withdraw request there was a warning that if I proceed with withdraw, bonus will be cancelled. As soon as I put withdraw request, bonus disappear from my account.
And today I recived email from customer service that all my winings will be voided if O proceed with withdraw and I will only able to withdraw actual deposit.
What I am suppose to do? What wuld you do if you were in my shoes.
Looking forward the answers from experienced Gurus who have experience to deal with these sort of companies.
Thanks

Oddsmatrix/TGP bookies are some of the worst in the industry. Maybe someone here can give you some advice what to do in this situation. I wouldn't go near 10bet.

Re: 10bet Same Old Dramas (Withdraw Problem)
why dont you just try to make the roll over carefully so you have no problems?
insisting for a withdrawal when they already warned you twice that all the winnings will be voided sorry but it sounds pretty dump to me.
the winnings of the bonus start from the moment you started betting after the first 200.if your first 200 won & you havent used the bonus yet then the next stake is also from your real balance. check you history & try to find out what happened to the first bets so you can understand clearly what you are doing..
some bookies also state that for a withdrawal after a bonus is credited you still need to roll over even if you cancel the bonus later.
Make things clear, dont request a withdrawal anymore, try to finish the roll over & move.
Good luck

You have to read the forum first, before you deposit your money in any bookmaker. If you are willing to store your money in the fireplace, I can suggest some well deserved charities instead. 10bet has a bad reputation for almost a decade now. They keep on changing managers one after another, but the reality that players see remains the same.
They will continue limiting your account up to the point that you are not able to finish the roll over even if you bet 1000s of bets. They follow this tactic for years now. What I suggest, is take a look at the T&Cs of their casino. If you find it more friendly, start playing in their casino and especially their live casino. There are tactics to finish with roll over requirements with out losing your capital, or, lose a very small percentage of it. Again, you must be very careful with them.

Re: 10bet Same Old Dramas (Withdraw Problem)
Thanks Guys for Feedback. 10Bet bonus is very useless unless you lose in your 1st or 2nd games. If you keep on wining on 10Bet, there is no way you can withdraw fund or use Bonus bet without a massive penalty.
I will update you guys soon on this.

Re: 10bet Same Old Dramas (Withdraw Problem)
Hey ProfGambler,
I'm getting burnt by 10bet as well.
Deposited $500, it blew up to nearly $6000. By this time I only managed to rollover half the rollover requirement.
They demanded $6000 rollover, in which only $250 is counted max per bet.
I got limited when the rollover was down to around $2500.
Difference between your situation and mine is, I actually lost the bonus bet.
Now that I'm limited, I have no choice but to withdraw.
Not only are they removing $500 from my balance, even though I clearly lost the $500 bonus bet, they're also taking their time in processing my withdrawal request.
It's been 8 days and just today they asked for the exact same documentation the second time around!
They're obviously stalling for something....
I don't know what to do as well. I've given them every single document they've asked for...
It doesn't seem like 10bet abides by any law...

Re: 10bet Same Old Dramas (Withdraw Problem)
They removed $500 from my balance because even though I lost the bonus bet, I have not finished the turnover requirement.
I found this to be odd as well, because with every other bookmaker if I lose the bonus bet, the turnover requirement automatically becomes non-existent.
In any case after I contacted SBR, they helped me get in touch with 10bet, which finally processed my withdrawal! after 9 days!
They also gave me some bonus bets with no roll-over requirements which I can withdraw immediately.
So thankfully it concluded well for me.

How you calculate rollover requirement. I tried to contact 10bet and they always say I still have to rollover $2340. Am I right in calculating rollover as follow:
Initial Deposit 273.87

Total Amount to Rollover (273.87+242.81) x 5 2583.4
I have rollover over $2600 today and send a withdraw request. Let's see what they comeup with. Below is my rollover details:

Hello Arbusers!

They offer way to high bonus for these days. It just isn't profitable for bookies today, there are many bonus abusers. You will have problems with 10bet of course, they just can't give this money easily. Just don't use the bonus offer if you want to bet there...

Re: 10bet Same Old Dramas (Withdraw Problem)
ProfGambler, do they have a cap in the maximum amount of roll over per bet, equal to 121$? Never heard of this before.
Do they have a rule saying that only bets above 2 count for the roll over or am I wrong?
thanks.

"Each bet placed will contribute with a maximum of 50% of your bonus amount towards fulfilling rollover requirements. For example- if your bonus is €100, the maximum amount each bet can contribute towards the rollover requirements with is €50."
As my bonus was $242, so I believe maximum $121 can be contributed towards rollover from each bet.
