Efbet - avoiding recommended

Sat Jan 30, 2016 3:05 pm

Copy-paste of a thread I posted on SBR:

I recently made a deposit to Efbet to check out the offerings and to enjoy some of the nice odds I found.

The site is overall below average, but I did win some money and decided to withdraw after a good month of playing. I deposited using Skrill and did not realize they charge a 3% withdrawal fee (NO CAP, absolutely ridiculous). I tried to arrange a bank account withdrawal, but no other withdrawal options were given to me.

So since there was no cap on the fee I paid quite a hefty sum that the support were in no way willing to discuss. All I got as a response was a referral to the terms and services in broken English.

I would avoid this site in the future and recommend everybody to do the same. I also think the SBR rating of C is much to generous for a site with a huge withdrawal fee forced upon the customer.
...

Arbing opportunities are there, especially live, so I did end up in the green even if the 3% was charged, but I really despise the nonchalant treatment by the customer service person and the shitty withdrawal policy.

Sure, seemed to be quite happy to get rid of me after the barrage of emails, so I got the payout pretty instantly.

I don't know what problem do you have with them. They charge 3% withdrawals via Skrill and Neteller, but it's stated in their T&C. You were expecting they will let you withdraw money for free?

I use efbet quite often and never had any problems and the fee is there so you just have to take it into account prior to betting in your system. I dont see why are you upset with them since they have paid out money to you.

Before to deposit is good to read their terms and conditions , especial the aprt with the fees as here are implicated your money and you will be charged when deposit or withdraw. However 3% I think is too high

I just opened my account at Efbet but their maximum bet seems to be around 50 euro for all odds @ 2. Rediculous.
Do you have the same limits?

The statement about the 50 euro is bullshit. I'm working for Efbet , and I can promise you that our stake limit variates between 5000 - 50 000 euro.
Sometime we have limited LIVE events , because some low league matches are too risky to take big stakes.

Well if even the Copa Libertadores and Concacaf Champions League are low league  matches for you, then you are right. But please telle me the kind of live leagues where stakes of 5000 euro are allowed. I'm sure its only Premier League and Champions League?
