skrill atm withdrawal fees for vip?

hi,

my friend is a vip and got a message from skrill that from 17th of june withdrawal fees of 1.75% will apply to all atm withdrawals?

anyone else got an email from them? i still havent received anything

damn, this is a ridiculous fee.. i would definitely stop using my prepaid card, if they implement this fee.

I got downgraded from Gold VIP to Silver VIP last week, but i didn't receive any email about the change of the fee structure. also, on the skrill homepage all fees look the same for me as before.

which country are you from? which VIP status do you have?

Im winding down my Skrill usage and moving to debit card and bank wires completely from next month. 

I dont like the way they are getting greedy, makes me think they have financial issues and my money is not protected, like it is with UK banks.

Their loss of £100K a month in business minimum.

Last year Skrill were taken over in a €1.1 billion deal so I am not in one bit worried about their finances. Unfortunately this comes down to pure greed on their part.

The email I got from them stated the changes don't apply for silver and higher VIP accounts.
