Hi. .I see this today at Neteller&Skrill websites:
**Effective May 17, cash withdrawal fees will be 1.75% of the withdrawal amount.
But i was not understand what exactly they mean.. They mean 1.75% of the withdrawal amount when someone withdrawal with net+prepaid mastercard and skrill mastercard? Or they mean that 1,75% charge at mastercard method and at bank transfer?
If a arber lose 1.75% how will works arbitrage method?
How works arbitrage with 1.75% charges Neteller and Skrill?

The 1.75% fee is when you withdraw money out of the system, not when you withdraw from bookmakers. I m not sure if I understand the questions correctly.

Arbusers sorry but my English is not very good..At my question i was not ask if the 1,75% fee is for withdrawal from bookmakers.
I was ask if the 1.75% fee is for:
withdrawal from Neteller via net+prepaid mastercard
or from Neteller via bank transfer
or for both methods
Generally, i want to start arbitrage and i am looking for what interest in charges
P.S. I am Greek. And i will need VPN programe for some bookmakers but not at a lot of them because i have found alternatives url for a lot of bookmakers

MaxShalamar thank you. Your idea is great..I will try to learn about this..( I have Betfair account but from November 2012 until now i can not play with my account. They do not accept Greeks.I think that Greeks can play at Betfair only via agents,Premium Tradings or others...I will ask about free withdrawals at other bookies or exchangesMaxShalamar wrote: It's free to withdraw from Betfair and most bookies to your bank account (at least in the UK it is)

I use Skrill and very rarely need to either deposit or withdraw from them. My funds tend to float around different betting sites. IE If I have a big win on Pinnacle and loss on Betfair, then I withdraw from Pinnacle to Skrill and use those funds to put back into Betfair etc
And I think its a fixed small fee to withdraw to a bank account. (Free for VIPs) If it is changing to 1.75% of the whole withdrawal amount then I will no longer use them cause thats taking the piss.

Starting from May 17th 2016 the fees for cash withdrawal using Net+ Prepaid MasterCard will change to 1.75%.
The Bank Transfer withdrawal fee is 10.50 EUR.You can use the option to deposit with local bank deposit or fast bank transfer and this way you can use your internet banking. Please bear in mind that some of the options may not be available for your country of residence.^SM

But it will be 1.75% only for withdrawals from ATM via Net+mastercard and Skrill Mastercard
You can ask at Neteller or Skrill support service..
