Could we have a look at this print screen?
What was the mean of depositing to them? Was is an e-wallet or a bank account? If it was an e-wallet, did you transact with any one else?
Thank you.

I am using neteller. I do not transact often with other people mostly with my gf. I've read one of your previous posts where you were asking a guy the same thing. Do you actually believe that neteller could give this away ? are you based on something or is just a suspicion ?
And even if so, I am still 100 % shure no one from the persons I transacted with do gambling, so they couldn't have possible had bah accounts..

Thank you for the print screen.
OK, if none f the people that you transacted has nothing to do with gambling, this is a good thing. We should look at another direction to see why your account was treated like this.
There are reports that Expekt, who belongs in the same company like BAH, requested and received information from Skrill to find out if there are links between account owners.
What about your previous account? What kind of action did you have there? Betting/casino, or anything else? How was that account treated?

To be honest, I've heard in the past about Skrill sharing some info.
Regards my previous account, it was probably 3-4 years ago,  I just placed a few bets totalling no more than 1000 eur, lost everything and dropped it.  Deposited with a debit card, I haven't even heard about neteller back then.
Honestly, I m scratching my head for possible connections. If there is one, it is a very long shot, but anyway, I do not want to be the last person who knows it.
There is one more thing I m considering. When I opened my account I sent them a picture with my id i had in my pc because at that time my driving licence and id were sent over to DVLA for a DL renewal. The next day when I was asked  to send the picture with me holding my id I explained that this is no issue, but it will take a few days as it is getting renewed. And it took about 3-4 days.
May have this triggered a suspicion ? But then again, a wild goose chase.....

Hello
I have a really important update in my situation.

As I previously wrote I have proceeded legal actions against B-A-H a month ago. It was only about a week or so when I finalized all the process and issued the claim form to their address in Malta. Today I received that email from neteller which notifies you when you are sent money : You have been sent money to neteller: 250 GBP from b-a-h.
They didn t contact or notify me in any way, just sent the money without notice, after receiving the Court Claim.
I have then contacted customer support on the chat to ask what is with this payment and I was told they are just returning my deposit, like nothing happened. I also mentioned that they should not forget about the legal fees that were included in the claim.
A few minutes later I got an email saying that the legal fees will also be transferred to me shortly.

I think this goes to show a lot about b-a-h. It is the ultimate proof that they did not have a case against me. I know, there is the option for them to have considered 250 GBP is cheaper then a lawyer, but this would show a massive weakness of the company not being able to defend itself when is needed, so I m for the first option.

I stand strongly behind my initial thought that they are abusers. They do not respond to SBR,  they couldn't care less about ecogra, and the UK gambling comission cannot help you. So if you don't have the time to go through court proceedings, stay away from them.

And please, spread the word.

How much were legal fees? Mayby they didnt want to mess with you. Its cheaper them to pay what you want and nothing change. 250+fees is "pocket money " for them

Bet-at-home definitely aren't scam artists, it just seems that they have dealt with this case very badly from the start and only woke up to the mistakes that they'd made when they were faced with a court case. Even with reputable bookmakers it can often take needing to go as far as a court case to make them fully review their initial mistakes and put things right.

Well done on staying strong with your genuine case, taking it all the way, teaching the bookmaker a lesson and getting your money back.

A lesson to learn for all.

Because it was only a small amount of money involved, I would have wanted more for their lawyer to come in court and explain. Getting the funds would have came second.
