Hi to all,

i have recently try to open an account with ecopay via the sites banner and i would like to share my experience with them.The good news is that they are very fast with their responce time.These are all the good news! They have huge problem accepting an image which is not excellent quality.They want to have the latest camera on the market to accept your documents.I am saing that because i have send the same document to 9-10 different sites that want proof of identity and proof of address and all of them accept my doc exept ecopayz.In the unlikely even that they have staff which has 10 degrees myopia and they doesn't wear their glasses,how on earth they cannot read a doc which have read all the others perfectly and not ask me to resend it? My experience with them is that they don't want so much to have new customers.Also 3 of my friend have tried to open an account with them and only 1 verify his account because of the quality of the image! So we have 4 people trying to verify their accounts with ecopayz and only 1 of them did it.They should try harder if they want to compete with Skrill and Neteller.Thanks for hearing me!

I had a similar problem with Hills a couple of weeks ago - they wanted a proof of address printed onto A4 paper and then I had to take a pic of that but I doubt may cameras even have the resolution to make a clear pic of what is on the printout and I have a very good phone with a 13MP camera

The companies just ask for the impossible sometimes and when they are immovable and take the piss then they lose me as a customer

I don't suffer fools gladly and when I was in business if a client made unreasonable demands over a marketing campaign then it was time to cut them loose

I am sorry but i would like to add that their verification process is the most tragic that i have ever encounter.They always reject my documents because they are not at least 1MB in size.Why they make my life difficult??? Why they cannot read my documents and all the other companies can??? Is there anyone else that have the same problem or i am the only one?
