Browser for VPN use
« on: September 04, 2016, 06:01:04 AM »

Chrome, IE, Opera, and Safari share proxy settings with Windows. Firefox does not. So Firefox is suitable for VPN use. Any other recommended browser for VPN use like Firefox ?

With chrome there are extensions that make it use a proxy without changing the windows proxy settings.  I use "switchy sharp"

This thread is quite old i do get it. But since it is here i would like to comment.
I use my VPN with Chrome and have not faced any issues yet. As for the PureVPN which i use, they have have developed an extension as well for chrome for ease of use.
