HK banks turned you down?

This article here says they send a letter to your home country address and you have to present it to them in Hong Kong.

They didn't turn me down because i didn't go there or call them to open an account. The easiest solution if you have money is to open an HSBC account  in your homeland which you will need 60000 dollars and then apply to open you a HK account.

Does anyone know if Leupay or WB21 participate in CRS, and therefore share tax information?
