 Dear Client,

Pinnacle.com fully intends to apply for a UK Gaming Licence and return to the market by 2017.  As soon as we have successfully received our UK Gambling Licence we will launch a full marketing campaign and all existing customer accounts will be reinstated.

Was Pinnacle always voiding bets for tennis handicaps in case of retirement even if the outcome has been already determined? (f.ex. +2,5 set and retirement when 1:1 in sets) Or did they change it recently?
