when i use the calculator it autos the stakes to pennies, is there a button anywhere to round the stakes up/down?

No, there is no button or settings on page about rounding stakes.

That is for reason, as we think best rounding can be done by user brain himself, depending on many factors, which can't go in account.
What we can help best is to show exact stakes.

With practice, you will see this approach may better work for you.
