Sbobet, Maxbet, Isnbet, Betfair, Betdaq, Matchbook and some smaller asian bookies that you shouldn't be concerned about when starting out.

They do not welcome arbers. There is a difference between a professional player and an arber in their view. If you hit their soft lines (right before they drop) they will limit you.

Thank you for your answers.
Sorry for my next question, (I am a beginner): what about exchanges? Like BetFair.
Since in an exchange one bets against other players, and since they charge commissions/fees they should NOT be concerned about arbers.
Instead they should be inviting them. Am I right?

Betfair and exchanges dont care about arbers, they get commission thats all they want.

Smarkets may cause you problems if you can hit them where they are slow. Matchbook may behave weird (not because you arb) in horse markets and possibly some others as well.
