pinnacle withdraw problem

Hello guys.

I have a account on pinnacle 3 years used and recently they do not pay my withdrawal.
And even reply my all emails.

I mention 'big' and reasons is I have 50,000 in my account and request withdraw amount was 20,000.

These are my sent email list.

I have been request from a week ago.
First time they answers me my request too big and need managers review approval.
and next time they need to screen shot with withdrawal so I give it.
And later they ask me email verify suddenly so I did.
After then they no answer for 3 days.

What is the best action do you think?
(I registered sbrforum today but can not write topic yet.)

wait and see what is/was a problem or ask them about it politely. They usually answer and  pay fast, sometimes slow where there are some issues but if everything is legit you'll get your money in the end. I hope you don't escape from any of those countries that piny is leaving and missed your withdrawing deadline, d'you?

I don't know what is the problem. And I wait enough , I think need some other action.
What mean is the deadline i mean don't understand "don't escape from any of those countries" this part. can you explain for me?

They left Poland and Ireland recently so if you're a resident of any of these countries you should have withdrawn before that.

I got message from manager and he said my account being reviewed 10 hours before.
I don't know why but they need to review my account.

I don't know which countries are restricted.
As I said I have been used pinnacle during 3 years.
And did not any weird actions.
1 thing is I just only deposit during 5 months. This is my first withdrawl at 2017:)

Did you verified your account? Did you made withrawal before this request or this is your first withdrawal of your account?
At 2016 December I got an email from Pinnacle about address verification. My account was already verified, but only via ID.
So I needed to verify my account via utility bill.

from Pinnacle email:
"In order to comply with new financial regulations we have been requesting customers verify their account with additional identification and proof of address."

Sure I verified long before with Id and address too.
Anyway they do not answer to me until now.
The manager said to me start to review my account before 3 days ago and let me know when complete but until now they did not any actions.

I and we need to know what can we do for pinnacle's these action.
Writing topic on this Arbusers.com may help. And what is next?
Calling will be help ? or writing sbr will help too? any others?

I am realized need to prepare pinnacle's this action. Too believed them.
They was bookmaker as like others. I forgot it.
Just trust them and it was mistake.

The God sake give them time !. If u havnt dont nothing wrong you have nothing to worry
In some bookies withdrawal times are standard 3 weeks and  i have to accept it if i want to play there...more patient. If they want to "investigate". Let them do their job...Not harras them every hour with emails

I am not sure, but have there been any banking holidays?
Pinnacle is the GOD of fast payments. I use them as a debit card, because They pay way faster, than I am able to insert my debit card to the ATM machine. (I mean, I receive my withdrawals within 40 seconds after the request, usually)
So this is a very interesting topic, and will watch it.
But above 3000EUR, it might take manager approval. Then it takes 2 or 3 minutes :) usually.

Almost 2 weeks gone without any result.
I agree pinnacle is well paid bookie but at this time they shows another face for 20k withdraw.
