No doubt they can get it online, but there's no way they'll be able to get enough liquidity into it to start going.  You need a little more than 4k for that and I doubt any market makers will jump at the opportunity.

Considering the fact it works with a blockchain and is completely decentralised, I don't see many legal problems with it.  There are no central servers to go after, after all.

IMO its got absolutely no chance of succeeding.  Who is going to use an unregulated, poorly funded unproven exchange even if the commission is a little bit smaller.

For me the main inconvenience would be that we would have to trade manually , because if they don´t provide an API access, we don´t do much.

Smells like another scam sh*tcoin trying to make money out of ICO..

There's so many blockchain based companies who I see trying to do the same thing with betting and prediction markets.

If a company like this comes to something, it will much more likely be Augur, who already have big support and community, or even Gnosis.

We will see what will happen when they will open the exchange.I hope it is not a scam.They said that they will open the exchange on Q4 2017.
