pinnacle withdrawal problem

Hi,

Anyone knows if is there a problem with pinnacle withdrawals? I had made several deposits and 4 o 5 withdrawals before, but I am trying to withdraw rigth now using neteller and I am getting this message.

Could it be you deposited in another way and have to use the same method to withdraw?

Seems like you need to complete KYC. Check your inbox for an email from them or write asking about this issue :)

Thanks guys, I wrote to them and they asked me for mi ID and an utility bill. I was worried because i had made some withdrawals before without any problem.

usually they ask about KYC when somethings seems suspicious to them
