Security discussion

Wed May 31, 2017 6:26 am

Hi everyone,
I have a question for someone who's good in hiding from bookies.
I'm planning to use: one computer with two user accounts, different internet connection for each user account, different browser installations, blocked iesnare.
Can they see a connection between my accounts and how?
Are they storing any other files than local storage (i think this is different for each user account) ?

Thanks!

3 things that you should be aware of!
IP-address, Mac address and cookies. If there are conflicts it raises red alert. In your case i see mac address which is same and deleting iesnere or other software give not you 100% safety.

I disagree, a mac adress cannot be detected.

The only web sites that can access MAC addresses, are sites that have you download a software component to work with them. So you technically have to give permission first by doing that. ActiveX & WMI (Windows Interface via Windows Management Instrumentation) for Internet Explorer and Java are methods used that could pass on a MAC address. ActiveX requires WMI to be installed for this to work.

Your router's MAC adress cannot make it past your own ISP's router and will never (that is technically impossible unless you install the software above) get past your own ISP.  A website can technically never find out the mac adress of it's user.

Don't get caught up on IP addresses that much.

Cookies will not be there if its a different browser.

Thank you guys for your comments.

I got a different network adapter and a different ISP for each user account. Of course, different browser also. Still wondering what could go wrong but I think I'm diving in and I will get my answer the hard way.

I'm using up to 5 accounts only with one computer
just use:
  • different browser, even better would be the private mode
  • different ip address (I just use vpn)
  • remember which browser and ip for which account
If you don't install every shit on your computer, I don't see a problem how they should detect you, I never had problems and I am doing that since 2009
That bookies know your MAC-Address is bullshit, since its technically not possible to detect it only over the browser (MAC is Layer 2, IP is Layer 3, more info here, as long as you dont have IESNARE or any other spyware)

Well there is only one thing that could may identify you one day but so far I did not hear that any bookie is using that called digital fingerprint, to prevent this I would
  • not login to any social media account while browsing with your 2nd ID
  • disable flash
  • install only standard fonts and addons in your browser to not be too unique, more information here: https://amiunique.org

What about the possibility of using amazon cloud services.
For each unique ip you require just create a server.
--> https://aws.amazon.com/ec2/pricing/rese ... s/pricing/

can be like $4 for each server
Then run windows/linux or whatever you want.

I'm sure others are probably doing it and I don't see the bookmakers going to ban amazon ip ranges.

What I dont understand is, how do you work around 4 different identities.
as the financial would need to be connected to the 4 different unique names.

yeah vpn should be safe, the mac address will get stripped out of the network packet by your router.
