Hi.
Long time lurker, finally decided to give it a go...
I am not looking for advice in how to make money by arbing, I totally understand people dont want to share their findings and methods of success (I trade at Betfair and wont share my tips with anyone so I know where you are coming from!)
But I only got 1 question:
How to manage your accounts at bookmakers that will limit you quickly?
Do you guys have "big families" to help them open new accounts?
Thats' the only thing I really need help to!
I would appreciate any help!! Thanks!

(again me)
Trying to lose everything on bookmaker X while laying the bet at Betfair Exchange sounds like a possibility, but that seems dangerous to me, if the bet you are trying to lose, accidentally hits as a winner.
Thoughts?

This has been asked countless times, so you haven't been lurking or searching the forum long enough.
1. Try prolonging your account life expectancy. Several ways to do that and has been discussed extensively here. No guarantee it will work. Depends, among other things, where you come from, how angry the trader examining your account is and so on.
2. Get a lot of ID's if you can. ID's are valuable! Use a fresh computer from every ID if possible.
3. Hint: Some limited accounts can still be valuable.

Hi Anna
thanks for your reply.
I was very busy with work, and I confess and I was expecting a direct answer, but I understand your point, and do thank you for the few hints you gave me. I will definitely try to read the most I can from this forum, will need a few weeks for that. Getting excited !
Cheers

Also guys (and girls) please feel free to comment on that. Is it a terrible idea (looks dangerous on paper) or is it something an experienced arber will do occasionally...junoreactor wrote: (again me)

a terrible idea since if you knew that this laying bet will be a winner you should only bet that and leave that book X alone
It doesn't work like that obviously

Hi cortomaltese
The point would be to lose all the money on bookie X so that they don't limit me too quickly!

Once you figure out a way to lose money at 1 bookie consistently, you have figured out a way to win at the other bookie consistently as well. Why lose the money at the first bookie in the first place if you can just as easily keep it? This plan cannot work. Eventually 1 of your long shot bets will win and you'll end up with all your money at the bookie instead of Betfair.junoreactor wrote: Hi cortomaltese

Fair enough, makes sense!
I can easily pick 10 losers in a row on tennis if I bet very high odds, but indeed you never know. One I never saw coming this year was Murray to lose against Zverev in Australia given their respective style of play. So yeah the risk is always there.
