limiting algos
« on: October 21, 2017, 02:19:36 PM »

I just wonder which could be reasons for limiting.
There is a few possibility. If there are alert there are massive betting flood
Another thing some surebets stay open quite large time frame( i assume there hasnt been any betting flood). Or it covers only one program. Thatswhy surebet stays quite
If algos is written comparing other lines, then which line is red alert? 0% surebet, 0.5% surebet or higher?Which would be level?
If there is rare surebet for example Ronaldo scores or no. They doesnt have enough data to flag you. Thoughts?

comparison between closing odds and the odds you took. if your odds are consistently bigger than starting odds, you're either a valuebettor or an arber.

Yes but some limits come with  even event hasnt started. So assume they probably compare real time not opening odds?

When you bet odds that drop soon after, the algo detects it.  It also compares them to Pinnacle (or Betfair).

So what will happen if you arb between 2 softs ?

Better avoid it, but if you cant, place the bets first with the smaller bookmaker.

Usually 1 soft has value other doesnt

Other thing is is rare market between softs. For example Ronaldo scores 2 goal yes or no

Why void it? For LIVE arbing asians like pinnacle and 188bet are too risky due to their pending time frame. You cant know if bet will accepted ir moment or it will last pending 2-3 minutes... You can use 365 as sharp for your live bets. For prematch yes, there in my opinion best is arb with sharps, but for some specific markets you can use 2 softs also.

Who scans those specific markets. Some time ago there were some good specific arbs in BOV, example rugby union, american football quarter totals etc... But i dont have used them for long time.
