I'm looking for a developer to do a private job for me.  Willing to pay fixed cost up front and then a monthly fee to keep the software maintained.  PM with your experience for more details.

I take advantage of this thread to say that i'd be interested as well, freelancerstar...even if I've been a customer of a famous alert service since 2011, they are getting worse and worse so I valutate alternative, thanks

anyone could say im not rather intrested in arbing systems, but dropping odds system. I think it shoudl be more easier to implement dropping odds software

Anyone who reads this topic, don't think that developing an arbing software is easy. It takes time & money in order to develop a stable arbing solution.

Thanks for your reply, I know it's not simple and people's time and effort cost, it's normal and it's fair. In the last days it seems that my software's working well again but I'd like to have an alternative
to evaluate. Anyway I will let you know what I need.
