After arb-hammering a joke book and limitation comes , is it possible to move all funds to the poker department
and "play poker" , or the acount is completely dead ?
If there are such , would anyone mind to make a list of ?

I am not poker expert, but i think bookies won't mind if you play poker. If you re limited in sports betting you of course can play, poker, casino, games, lotto, bingo......

Well then arbing is pretty much alive , if this is the case...
One can potentially setup endless alias-name/gnome arb accounts chipdumped to withdrawable self accounts.
Or is the rake needed to be paid will cost more than the profit from the arb ?

I don't understand your question. Are you worried that the soft-bookie will not let you withdraw and you are wondering if chip-dumping is an easier way to cash out? You shouldn't be arbing in such books in the first place. Chip-dumbing is not expensive rake wise because the rake is capped at $3. An All-in pot in high stakes Heads Up might be all you need.
Are you worried that the bookie will also close or limit your poker account once the spot you as an arber? I don't think this is the case. I think they are unrelated. One of my accounts that lasted the longest before getting limited was the one I was playing poker but that was probably a coincidence.

Re: Soft bookies that don't limit in poker after arbing
i would not try chip dump as bookies have colusion detection, i tried this at bet365 cos they would not withdraw a id account due to waiting for passport to face documents, so i tried to chip dump some into my friends b365 account which was withdrawable and they locked both account s and took away both funds. after complaints they gave the original funds back to friends account but i lost my whole bank. maybe my 1st id may have been flagged but chip dumping can be dangerous.

To answer your question there is no such thing as getting limited in poker but chip dumping is by far the easiest way to get your funds confiscated and i would strongly advise you not do to it.

Dont try it,you ll get your both account locked and probably loose your money,i tried it and get caught even i was using accounts from 2 different countries.
If its small amount 100-200€ maybe you ll get away with it but dont do it with bigger amounts.
