I have finally log in successfully.
I use computer in my office and change password Ok.
I still doesn't find out the root cause.
Maybe there is still a problem when I come back home.
I have 3 mail to bluesq.
No metter how detail I write in mail, they always reply
"Please contact our service by telphone, our service number is ....."
I can type..but can't speak English
