Blue Square

Sun Jun 10, 2012 4:03 pm

Today when I tried to login Blue Square,
it shows "LS Error, please hold down CTRL and press F5 to refresh page and re-enter details"
CTRL+F5 do nothing but just refresh website.
I asked the service.
The service asked me to change password.
But when I changing password, it shows
"Credentials do not match. Please contact customer services on 0800 5870 500"

Anyway, I can't log in for half a day.
My money was lock in this booker....
Does any one know what happened?

Ask them.

1. Someone could use your password to loggin and they maybe had blocked account for security reasons.
2. They maybe have put you on black list and you need to contact them to prove identity or so.
3. They maybe are upgrading site and as result it's not working properly.
4. Maybe some other reason.

1. Download CCleaner close all browsers and clean all cookies.
2. If you have dynamic IP change it. Disconnect modem and reconnect it after 20.seconds.
3. Try different borwsers.
4. Try different computers at home.

If this doesn't help than I have no idea what to do. But again, contact them if you cant solve your problem.

First thanks aj's suggestion.

It's OK when I back home.
I think it did prevent my IP.
I have dynamic IP, few hours later it's OK.
