I made withdrawals to mb from gamebookers last week and were processed in one day. Perhaps there is indeed a technical problem with bwin despite the fact that the two companies belong to the same group.

is the long MB withdrawal period a technical problem or is it an anti arbing measure?

Damn, I just noticed that withdrawals from Bwin to Moneybookers now comes with a €3 +3,0% fee. Is it the same for everyone? I never saw this before but I assume it is new. I assume the same fees goes for Neteller?

Yes, in my account I can see the fees for MB and Neteller. Shame on them..
I wonder if it is for everyone or only for east european countries.

Of course, gamebookers also has these fees..

Yes, this is crazy! Could it be just a temporary fee during the Skrill cashback? Maybe to many people use Bwin to transfer money in and out to get the cashback. I guess Bwin have some sort of fee to pay to Skrill for each transaction and they just got smashed during the cashback.

If this fee is here to stay I think they had to send out information about it to give us a chance to withraw.

ca. 3% is common fee for bwin to pay to skrill as merchant.
But agree - this was another step from bwin towards arbers - they definately want to get rid of us sharks trying to say with the millions of tiny bettors placing 4€ at 6-10x combination-bets @odds of 10-100.

Is this new fee legal? continuing this logic, they can set fee to 99%, not tell anyone and cash in $$

You might have a point here. Even though we are bound by their terms and amendments to those it doesn't mean they can introduce and enforce unfair terms. It reminds me a case  in the UK where some people could reclaim unfair overdrafts fees charged by their bank.
However bwin could argue that the 3% is not excessive and aims to compensate their own MB/NT fees. It still makes no sense to introduce a fee that affects everyone. It's not just sharps, the regular punter as well as casino and poker players do use MB a lot.
