PSC is a prepaid credit card, easily bought by kiosks, mini markets etc.
You can deposit in almost all bookmakers with PSC. Some bookmakers might require a fee.
When you deposit via PSC, the bookmaker will require a bank account for a withdrawal. If you don't have a bank account at your disposal, I suggest you leave that option for others.
In very rare occasions, you will be allowed to withdraw to Moneybookers or Neteller, if you deposit a symbolic amount of money via these e-wallets. As I said, these are rare occasions, so don't plan taking for granded these channels.

When I try to use PSC I recive this message

Card status PRINTED is not valid for this inquiry, valid card status would be ACTIVATED, IN USE or CONSUMED.

Anyone have experience with this problem ?

I have had that problem also last month. After you contact them they will unlock it.

simoes, I tried this once some time ago, maybe 1-2 years ago (actually I don't remember if it was ukash or PSC), and the result was I got a code which didn't work. it was a pain then going back to both the bookie and paysafe to recover my money... I don't remember the details but managed it in the end, getting new codes that did work ok

my experience was not good, so I totally NOT recommend to use this withdrawal method if you can avoid it. but that's only a one time experience and it was only one bookmaker, of course... so you can go ahead and try it once and see how it works for you. if you do, I would say it's a good thing to test with some small money, just in case  ;)

The same here - used it only once and code was not working, but received second one.
