I think it's for all Europe. If you log in to the asian website, they still have the same odds.
All the european arbers will obviously withdraw, they're going to have a lot of money leaving their accounts in the next days.

How to login to the asian website?
If I choose "International" or "Asian & Oceania" region the site redirects to the UK website: 12bet.uk

same here know about 2 cases: one 5 digit second 4 digit  pending withdraw because of ongoing verification

There's a big mess up since they came out with the new site. I think they didn't expect so many withdrawals.
I'm waiting for 11 days now, the account is already verified and they limited me to 10 Euros stake.

Received Monday a 4 digit payout to Skrill. It took exactly 2 weeks.
