What particular page they asked for? Do they (or any other bookie) have rights to ask for a shot of recent transactions?

Also I was informed that they may call me but it was not in my case.

They ask for screen shot of page where my details are (name, email address, home address, phone number).
I think that they may ask for such details. It is nothing unusual.
On the other hand some bookies (lsbet?) wanted recently full account transactions list (even transactions which do not belong to that bookie).

Isbet sounds like it might be a similar type of operation which would explain it.Can't see how any book trying to operate efficiently could request this type of information.
Also even if they received full transactions and found payments to any other companies how could they use it to their advantage? The only way you really get screwed here is if you have duplicate accounts with one company and are using the same deposit methods with them, which is really not a good idea to begin with as that's probably illegal.
Re: 188bet
That sounds illegal. If there was any possibility of legit books getting away with that they'd be at it all the time. The worst I've had so far was a photo to Gobetgo, but we all know they weren't legit in any way.atilla9 wrote: On the other hand some bookies (lsbet?) wanted recently full account transactions list (even transactions which do not belong to that bookie).

Re: 188bet
As mentioned above they limited me, so I requested withdrawal. They told me its gonna take 1-3 days. I waited 3 days and then spoke to them via live-chat. They told me that they need Skrill account scan (if I wouldnt speak to them I guess I would be waiting till Xmas for any answer and my money). Skrill account scan was send to them. 8 days now (5 working) and still waiting for my money. I've got no idea what they dont like and why there is a delay but this is account on me, can provide all docs they want so this is just pathetic. I have to admit - they are very polite when speaking on live chat but I dont need them to be polite, I just want my money asap.

I can't see why is illegal for two friends having accounts to the same bookie and transfering funds between each other via an ewalletThe only way you really get screwed here is if you have duplicate accounts with one company and are using the same deposit methods with them, which is really not a good idea to begin with as that's probably illegal.
