Hello guys,

Any feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you! Your opinion is important to our efforts to improve the services we offer. We believe it is better to communicate with the players on the spot. We do not hide and we are ready to meet difficulties. That is why I am here – to give information and reply questions, not to promote. We explicitly asked the administrator for permission to do so.

I will be ever glad to answer any questions you may have.

If you need any further assistance, please let us know or contact our customer service department csd@18bet.com

On football you will almost always find a better line elsewhere but on basketball they copy Pinnacle so at least you don't loose any value by taking their lines.
I also have some doubts about their implementation of the feature "accept better odds".
I will keep some money there even after the bonus and look for more opportunities.

I think the feature "accept better odds" is working, they accepted 1-2 bets of mine at better odds.

They also charge you 5% withdrawal fee, if you make more than one withdrawals during 30 days. So, until now we have an asian bookie which:

- Limits customers
- Charges 5% withdrawal fee for a 2nd (and 3rd, 4th etc) withdrawal during 30 days
- Has pending time on in-play but rejects bets when the odds fall during the pending time.

It seems pretty 10betish behaviour to me.

So we can a situation where a player cannot bet, because he is limited to meaningless amounts,  and is nonetheless forced to wait for a month to take his money out without paying a fee.

Their T&C state there will a fee for multiple withdraws but there is no mention of a 5% levy which is obviously well above any administrative cost they have to bear.

They did have the courtesy at least to ask me first if I want to withdraw now with a 5% fee or if I want to wait 30 days.
According to 18bet Terms & Conditions: "Multiple withdrawals performed within a 30 day time-frame will be charged with a fee to cover administrative costs." Please be informed that currently your withdrawal request could be processed with 5 % fees or you can have us cancel it and return the money to your 18bet account.

Well, to be fair, Pinnacle also got 1 free per month, but 5% is really absurd and turn off.

This 5% fee on the second withdrawal really hurts.

Hi Olivier,

Would it be possible to reconsider this 5% withdrawal fee? If you absolutely have to charge, why not charge a set fee like Pinnacles (£8)?

Hello G,

Thank you for your question. It will be taken under consideration, yet we have decided to charge a percentage of the withdrawal and not fixed fee so that a relevance between the amount of the withdrawals and the fees can be achieved.

However, we allow one free withdrawal per month as most of the bookies do.

Hi Olivier,

Don't you think it would be unfair to a player that is limited and therefore cannot bet anymore to have to wait 30 days to take his money out?

Thank you.
