Don't you think it would be unfair to a player that is limited and therefore cannot bet anymore to have to wait 30 days to take his money out?

Thank you.
He can pay the fee :D ....anyway to be serious this percentage should be up to a fixed amount. For example 5% up to 10 euros.
If someone is going to withdraw 10.000 euros he should pay 500 euro charge  to cover bookies costs that is unaceptable.....

Hello anormal1992,

You have right - if the customer is requesting a withdrawal for 10 000, 500 is too much, but anyway our policy is to avoid fees - if the customer deposits and withdraws regularly - say twice a month - but in the meantime he is placing bets and enjoying his time with 18bet actively- we may not charge fees for a second withdrawal. Or if he is a big volume player we may again go towards him and let him withdraw without the required rollover is met.

`18bet.com reserves the right to charge withdrawals with fees to cover administrative costs, in case the deposit amount is not rolled over at least 3 times` - you can see that this term doesn't apply to all users.

It's a prerequisite for customers who would deposit to their account and then request multiple withdrawals, or wouldn't place a bet and request to cash out.

Ok so here is my story with 18bet.

Placed bet yesterday on club friendly 2.04 odds , sbo was 2.03. 30 minutes later email that bet was canceled due to wrong odds ( ??? ???)

Ok I thought probably some system mistake, placed the bet again , this time on 2.02, and guess what, those scums voided this bet as well due to wrong odds, unfortunately I didn't check my email and was not able to place bet somewhere else.

Avoid. That's 10bet style of bookmaker, who only saw Asians on thailand beach holiday

They don't like arbers + bonus hunters. I tihnk their main goal is to catch longtime bettors, usually those who make large deposits and withdraw at the end of month (in the case they still have some money)

Regarding "wrong odds" reason: every mistake should be paid by the person/company/individual who made it. In this case you took a price available on their offer but a "clever trader" have seen your betting pattern and of course he prefered to void it, because the bookmaker=18BET do not assume its mistake :)

I mean SBO has 2.03, 18bet has 2.04 and 18BET has the balls to void it, because they are so smart ass they can do everything on their "plantation" .

My conclusion: 18bet You are pathetic !

i have a cancelled bet on a premier league match some days ago, they cancel it after 10 minutes.
ok it was a wrong line, but it is not my fault if they dont move fast their lines as pinnacle, sbo etc.
i hope they generally cancel a bet after some minutes, bht after how many minutes they cancelled ur bet?

Voodoo if you saw SBO, IBC etc moving their lines and managed to get a better price at 18bet because they failed to move theirs fast enough then your bet should have stood. That was not an incorrect line.

That's what happened, the odds on 18bet were stable for 1 minute aftair the change on pin, sbo so i decided to take it. I think 18bet follow that books so they should change their lines, too. That's why i thought it was an incorrect line.

You are right, they follow these books but that doesn't give them an excuse to cancel bets when they are slow to update their lines. What you did is called chasing steam and many players follow this strategy. Books don't like it but its 100% legit.

Thank you to kustef, sportoboy, voodoo, francescosol and now Qual1ty00 for sharing their stories with us.

This is a poor effort from 18Bet and it's fair to say anyone who reads this forum will likely avoid them in the future - too much risk for not enough reward.

What I don't understand is why Olivier is even bothering to post on this site when he has clearly stated 18Bet won't tolerate arbers and bonus hunters?

Another cancelled bet due to ''wrong line''. The odds were slightly better than pinnacle's. I dont understand them. Now i lost money. Anyway. Be careful, now i think that if a bet will be cancelled, it will be cancelled after 15 minutes. So check it.....
Some other friends had cancelled bets too.

Hello,
I'm new member here just because of this topic. I'm not arber, I would call my self bettor on info, I'm trying to catch highest odds on some event that I have info for, and then bet ...

I registered on 18bet.com and I have couple of problems/issues with them.

First was WRONG odds, rejected after couple of minutes. While odds were in all bookmakers around 1.85, 18bet decided cause of big fall of odds, reject 1.85 odds. Wrong odds they said. Well 10 secs ago they were not wrong !

Second, in middle of rollover they limited my account to 1-4 Euros per bet, and I have still 2.500 Euros to rollover which is impossible, it would take me at least 500-1000 bets, and I have 15 days left, or even less.
I won some money with bonus and now they will take it away. Their answer was unfair betting.
You can't brag about competitive odds, give me terms ... and then tell me I broke rules ? How did I break rules, betting on singles? I even lost real money, but won some money with bonus.

So my odds could be arb in the time when I take them, most probably as I try to find odds where info will change them ... I find my way good but not yet tested, ... I'm not professional, I'm just trying to make my own system ..

Overall I noticed one more thing about their licensing difference:

18bet.com before (you can check this info on google cache)
* 18bet is operated by Delasport LTD., with registered address at Suites 7B & 8B, 50 Town range, Gibraltar. Gaming activity is operated and regulated under license 029045-R-310884-001 issued by the UK Gambling Commission.

18bet.com now:
*18bet is operated by BELLONA NV., with registered address at E-Commerce Park Vredenberg, Curacao, and office located at Landhuis Groot Kwartier, Groot Kwartierweg 12, Willemstad, Curacao. Gaming activity is regulated under license license 8048/JAZ2010-010 granted by the government of Curacao.

Why suddenly change of license issuer ?

Strongly suggested to avoid this bookie.
