These are serious accusations and definitely a no go signal.
The dual licence might be for taxation.
The UK Gambling Commission might be a way out for you.

From what I recall the bonus is credited only after the rollover is met. So since you don't bet with bonus money maybe you can withdraw your balance right now? Has that changed?

Anyway I still think you can clear the bonus. A few things I would check.

Maybe you are limited only in football. Do check your limits on other sports. Initially I was limited in football and in some basketball leagues, although limits were universal after a few days.
Check your limits on multiples. Mine are still intact.
They are an Asian-style bookie so it's possible that they allow you to repeat bets. In that case you can clear it even with 4euro limit. I cleared a bonus once by repeating 0.5 euro bets.

Even if nothing works I still think it's worth to place the bets needed than give up your balance. Arbing against European books should be fine but don't do anything more tricky as they will void again. I think they will pay. I wouldn't worry about that as long as you clear the bonus.

Good luck .

If they didnt took from you the bonus money dont give it up. Bet again and again the same odds, as qbet said. You will get paid if you finish the rollover.
Generally they are very dangerous (cancelled bets, confiscation of bonus money, verification tricks)

Guys I couldn't rollover with bets 1-2 Euros :(

I think we found solution, I talked with support really much, and we came to solution, just let me see what it will be. I must say they did offer me FAIR solutions, both of them are for mutual satisfaction. I understand that bookmakers have a trouble with professionals, arbers, bonus hunters, ... but today as my friend told me, almost any match can go in this way in couple of seconds..

There are over 300 bookmakers online, they can't have the same odds. My info that I got, put me in position where odds drop a lot, and thus constantly betting on odds that change down.

18bet could be nice place to bet if you don't chase highest odds on events that are changing too much. I wlil let you know outcome as soon as support confirm which one it will be.

But let me announce at this point that my limits are BACK, I have normal limits for betting, and they gave me choice to rollover full amount, respect !

Dont even think to take their bonus now. It is a trap like 10bet.
The rollover must be finished in 21 days (3600 euros in total).
Only 100 euros (50% of the bonus) per bet count for the rollover, so u need 36 bets in 21 days.
The dont allow to bet on the same selection, if u do it, they say it is bonus manipulation and they take the bonus money.
Also, u must bet on specific markets otherwise it is bonus manipulation and they take the bonus money again.
It is ridiculous...

18bet.com before (you can check this info on google cache)
* 18bet is operated by Delasport LTD., with registered address at Suites 7B & 8B, 50 Town range, Gibraltar. Gaming activity is operated and regulated under license 029045-R-310884-001 issued by the UK Gambling Commission.

18bet.com now:
*18bet is operated by BELLONA NV., with registered address at E-Commerce Park Vredenberg, Curacao, and office located at Landhuis Groot Kwartier, Groot Kwartierweg 12, Willemstad, Curacao. Gaming activity is regulated under license license 8048/JAZ2010-010 granted by the government of Curacao.

Why suddenly change of license issuer ?

Strongly suggested to avoid this bookie.
Bellona NV also runs 1bet. Supposed to be a shady Bulgarian outfit with Delasport Ltd possibly being the holding company that owns Bellona NV on paper. Difference in tax is minimal (1% Gibraltar vs. 2% Curacao) though more oversight in Gibraltar then in Curacao (which is too busy occupied with political problems stemming from a bitter partisan debate over possible independence or continued colonial relationship with Netherlands. A top elected official was assassinated a few months back there for example).

Why start an 18bet if they already had 1bet? To draw in Asian people who are obsessed with the number 8 (in the various Chinese dialects the word for eight sounds just like the word for wealth, so 88 double wealth, & 888 triple wealth... stupid)

Too bad, should have read this thread more carefully.

Placed 2 regular bets today (€50 and €80), one on handball and one of soccer, both bets ended up being void after just a few mins. Odds were same at other asians, maybe even a little bit higher..

Contacted them via livechat, where they said odds were displayed wrongly? Such bullshit. Of course, realtime odds now dropped with 0,10 or so Avoid at all cost.

I opened a account in 18bet the last 13 of august. The day 15 of august i ordered several withdrawal and they don´t process them (always sid they need more time). 25k is a lot of money.
Was your account against any of their clauses? Was it your one and only account?
Thanks.

Yesterday I placed a bet on handball match Over 57 on odd 2.00, today ten minutes before the match will start i noticed that they have canceled my bet, so I had to cover my bet and i checked the odds again, this time the odds were much higher (luckily for me), so I placed a bet Over 56 on odd 2.10! That was lucky, but I am just wondering what was their case to cancel my original bet? Do you think I have a case here that they should pay me for my original bet too, because the match ended with over 57 goals?

Gandalfbet, the way your bets were handled makes no sense. As far as making a formal complaint to have your bet declared a winner,it also depends on whether you are comfortable with finishing that account right now too, because if you stake a claim theres a good chance of account closure afterwards.

Yes, I dont want to play on 18bet anymore, it is too dangerous for us. Thanks for your reply, and everyone stay away from this site, if you dont want to be unpleasantly surprised someday. That was my last bet on 18bet, looks like I would have to rollover deposit 5 times, if I would like to withdraw without a fee, but i will withdraw anyway.

After verified my documents, they decided to charge me 8% of fee to withdraw, because my deposits were not rolled over 5 times. That is a way too much!! What can I do about it? Playing here is not safe, because they cancel your bets anytime they wish! Help me out!
