Your case is more complicated than what initially appeared to be, simply because you come from Iran (correct me if I m wrong). We had a similar case some time ago with another Iranian, and the operator selected to play a Mary goes around game.

But i got my UAE nationality 5 years ago (so I'm both Iranian and UAE citizen)

My account is blocked with more than 450,000$ balance in it , it's definitely one of the biggest cases of scam from 1xbet!
I submitted an appeal regarding my account to 1xbet and they said it will be answered in 72h , since i saw other people complaints i can guess they will waste 1-2 weeks and then proceed to refund only initial deposit and not winnings (with a double account or any other excuse) , so for saving the time and headache , i request 1xbet to refund my initial deposit and let me go and place bets in a reputable/safe bookmaker !
There has been a security breach in "security-en@1xbet-team.com" , all the data i sent to 1xbet (selfies , documents , addresses and etc) is being used by malicious employees of 1xbet whom asking me 70,000$ to release my account .
I will deal with this security breach through court and i am warning all players here , your private data is not safe with 1xbet , stay away at all cost !

I tried to explain the double nationality thing to customer support but they didn't understand at all .
All they say is the same robotic thing "send the correct data with name registered in account"
I told them i currently reside in iran and i should use my iranian document so please change the name and last name to persian version , they didn't listen at all !
Secondly , i don't and never use Bonuses so the case for any fraud or misuse of bonuses is irrelevant .
I played fair , i placed more than 200 bets , lost some and won some , i am also a vip gamblers in many casinos and already handed you my documents many times !
Tell the security team to makeup their mind if they can let me play or block me and let me withdraw my funds , my time is definitely more important than all your business .
I know i don't have to pay the person , but that fucking person has my home address , and currently threatening me , you know if anyone harms me or my family what will happen next?

I had an old account with you (around 2017 which is 8 years ago) , i know the email and password of that account but the phone number's country code changed from +98 (IRAN) to +49 (Germany) by 1xbet cause they stopped to provide services to IRAN (which now they do) , i asked the support staff to change number but they refused to do so , so i couldn't login to my old verified account with over 2m $ bets and had to create a new account with UAE identity which caused this problem right now !
Every aspect of this situation is 1xbet's fault :
1.refusing to change the country code of the phone number linked to my account (which lead to creating a new account by me)
