Can you tell us more? They just refused to pay? Did they acuse you of violating their terms?

Firstly they try to delay your withdrawal and in the mean time if the find the slightest excuse that you have multiple account they accuse for that and confiscate your winnings
if they don't then they just continue delaying you until your nervs broke and abandom any attemt to take back your funds!
Trust me if you have any respect to your money don't go there!

They stopped answering to my e-mails. I think we are not going to see them here anytime soon.

They have just limited me by cutting the lines pretty significantly - a lot quicker than I expected. This is pretty bollocks, as I haven't made any significant bets with them in excess of EUR 200. Will see what happens on the withdrawal.

Ok update - I made a successful Skrill withdrawal pretty quickly (e.g. it got processed overnight, no identification needed whatsoever). Do note however that as I am just starting out, this account was not very big. Also, I was a net loser on this account.

Guess I got away with a scare. The speed with which they limited me is still insane in my opinion.
