1xbet they block my account they scam my money

After submitting the documents to my account, they suspended my account due to a misunderstanding and had 39k taka in my account and they closed my account without referring that money but have never used multiple accounts I was ready to provide whatever documents they asked me and am still ready but don't know why they closed my account.
