Not that i can see anywhere. I'd happily chat to them about this, but they seem unwilling to engage. They still haven't refunded the initial deposit as they state on their newly edited T&Cs

You're right.

From other site:
brokerstorm.com is operated by Brokerstorm D.O.O (3rd Floor, Professor Building, Boulevard George Washington, Podgorica, Montenegro. reg. no 50855673) exclusively in cooperation with Sports Target B.V (Registration No.: 188141, Address: Pareraweg 45, Curacao) as the service provider. Brokerstorm D.O.O hereby certifies that under the concession organise and operate games of chance on website winfair24.com.

If these data are correct, tracing these thieves will be easy.

It's a weird story my friend I used to play at Brokerstorm 2.5 years and I've never had any issue with my withdrawals over time. My withdrawal amounts were 10k , 20k e.t.c. I am considering the possibilities of what are the chances of someone from the same house, also playing to Brokerstorm and be self-excluded? Do you have the same style of betting as the self-excluded person?  Something sounds weird here.

Really sad story here.I hope to get your money back. Also the fact that they pay you 10k or 20k does not mean that they are reliable.

In order to be reliable they should pay all customers if they do not something illegal.

I wonder if you had lost a lot of money if they will have problem with your ip or your excluded person.I hope to get a solution,75k is really a lot of money.
Believe to yourself is the secret to success.

Thanks all for your comments.

@bentzib78 - the self excluded account may have made similar bets as we would discuss in detail upcoming events. However they wouldn't have been exactly the same at all! What i'm more concerned about is there total lack of transparency and unwillingness to communicate with me at all. They've inserted a new clause in to the T&Cs which they may do again, putting anyones funds at risk

@gamblehappier - thanks for your concern - I'll keep you updated

As there might be a plot of 1000 turns, could you please tell us what type of action this account had, and what type of action the self excluded account had? Thank you.

By type of action do you mean what kind of bets were placed? If so, more than happy to share recent bets?

I think he want to know about what services self excluded account was using and what services you used. For example self excluded account was used for casino games and you used your account for football betting.

Thank you. Were any of these markets considered a low liquidity market?
Is there any possibility that you are flagged for fund passing as described here: https://arbusers.com/viewtopic.php?p=81476#p81476

Thank you.

Thanks for explaining, i've read that post and I doubt i could be considered for Fund passing. All bets were placed on outright markets with good liquidity

Stuff like big bash cricket and premier league football fixtures

Nothing on illiquid markets

I will say briefly from myself. The fact that you previously had a second account does not matter. This is just a cheap excuse for not paying you money. If not for the second account, they would accuse you of odds manipulation or something similar.
It is no coincidence that this month you are already the third person on this site/forum to have a problem with Brokerstorm. I think we'll have some similar stories here in the next few weeks. Your only "fault" in all of this is that you have won too much.

I made deposits of about 5,000€ into Whitehorse and lost them. I won't be wagering with them anymore.

A group needs to be created in order to tackle these cheats. Hit them on their business and inform as many players as possible about these whitelabel cheats on public platforms.

I rememeber suggesting something like this 4 years ago and if it was done, i am sure things like this wouldnt be happening. Imagine even begging for half of his money and yet nothing. If you go to court, you can spend between 5000 to 30000 euros and months and might even come out with nothing.

I have similar issues when i fought a bookie, the lawyers took more than the money i was even asking for.

I wish you luck.

We have mentioned in our 2019 annual review that a number of bookmakers are confiscating for no reason lower amounts because they know players will not go to courts due to high expenses. This is a tactic to discourage them also.
But here, the amount is a big one and definitely worths legal action if player is right.

Rosa, it would help if you're upfront about having multiple accounts and for some reason self-excluding one of them. The "someone in my household"-story makes no sense and just makes it look like you're hiding part of the story. And it does't even matter, it still wouldn't give Brokerstorm the right to keep your money and it would make it easier to judge your case and side with you.
