Something strange is happening with 99bet web sportsbook site. I tried to login my account and I saw the message is displayed at attached captured screenshot.
I logged in again , after deleting cookies change ip etc... and I was able to upload site normally.
If I was at you place I will be more than careful with this site. Surely you should avoid to place a bet there or even worst to make a deposit.
If other teammates has more info about this bookie it will be helpful to find out what is happening

As everybody knows 99bet was under Idealgames license and payment system.
Unfortunately Idealgames is denying to pay the customers for more than 4 weeks now as per agreement contract we had with them.
We decided to shut down the site and inform the customers about the whole situation.

what can i do???

I have money on 99bet, Cornerbet and Idealbet, I withdraw all money over 10 days and send mail and mails, nobody answer me.

I opened after having see in the rpoints forum. At least I got most of my money (payout during world cup). I should have withdrawal the entire balance 
One of the problems of "new" sportsbooks is the lack of information, since some of them are good bookmakers.
This forum should help in this issue. However, I have noticed that this rarely happens
