If you have double limits on PS3838 vs Black, it means BetInAsia takes a 50% position on your bets (they believe you are not sharp and that you will lose to them long-term). I don't think it's possible to take such a position on Black; therefore, you have standard PS3838 limits there (which are 50% of actual Pinnacle limits)

No, I can use Pinnacle in my region. My quota of login to Pinnacle is much higher than that given by BatInAsia, and every plate is higher. But I am only a new account, and I did not win any money on BetInAsia

Even if I don’t understand why, isn’t in their interest that we bet more since they are earning from commission?

It’s not only my account, I asked couple of friends which use Black and they also have same limits (2x lower than on PS3838 and original Pinnacle site). If you are deemed sharp by BIA your ps3838 will also have 50% of original pinnacle limit. I started using BetinAsia, Black account 3 days back.
On 1st September, I placed a tennis match bet on Cem Ilkel v Cengiz Aksu (ATP Challenger Istanbul). The other player retired, and my bet is still showing pending after 2 days of the match being officially completed.
Bookie though which bet was matched is Sharp. All my other bets are being settled without delays, except this one. I tried contacting customer support via chat and email. They say the same thing, that they have no control over settlement but they have already informed the related department. Has any one else experienced any delay like this (close to 48 hours) in bet settlement? or in any of the tennis matches where player has retired?

Sharp has been famous for settling bets quite late in the past months.
In some cases they leave bets unsettled for even 1-2weeks but eventually they settle them correctly.
In your case , as long as the first set was completed ,you should get your winnings despite the other player retiring.

Their predecessors Penta88 were known for sporadically the same behavior in terms of late settlement of events.
All winnings were paid out at the end.
