Re: About Premiumtradings
Dear users,
This case is hardly worth any more trouble, and as @Cristi13 mentioned, we have decided to cover all fees, and move on putting this unfortunate situation behind us. Nevertheless, we still strongly believe that using the word “stealing” was extremely harsh.
We would really like to avoid further disputes and have taken in account all of your comments, and will most definitely take on the suggestion of a X10 times rollover.
Of course, this requirement will only apply in the case of closing accounts. Regular withdrawals require no such turnover.
Best regards,
Mat

A 10x rule would only make things worse in my opinion. It would scare away potential new customers. In addition, for Betfair turnover doesn't mean very much if you only trade. It is the commission you generate that matters. You would need a rule based on that. Too complicated.
Re: About Premiumtradings
I think what you need to do is re-assure your long term customers that they will not be subjected to any fees even if they wish to close their accounts. Surely someone should have the right to withdraw his full balance without closing his account. What is the difference then?premiumtradings wrote: Dear users,

Re: About Premiumtradings
PT is also not clear upfront with saying the initial 500 or 1000 deposit minimum, for let's say their Betfair account,(different rules depending on when you started) cannot be withdrawn. (Unless you close your account). Anything above your 500/1000 minimum can be withdrawn but you cannot withdraw 100 if you have current balance 550. Same thing with internal money transfers within PT other bookie accounts. If you would like to withdraw if your amount is below minimum you are declared to have closed your account and you need to withdraw all outstanding funds.
Just let us know all the rules upfront, so we can plan for them.

Re: About Premiumtradings
Dear users,
Some of you have expressed concerns regarding a possible change to our fees.
We would like to lessen such concerns, and inform you that we have no intention whatsoever to impose such changes. On the contrary, our immediate plans are actually to provide our customers with a wider selection of payment methods i. e. online banking.
Best regards,

I know this has been covered before but also that things may have changed, what is the status of GBP accounts?
what bookmakers are you offering where the dealings are solely in the UK currency? I'm sure there are other UK arbers
and gamblers like me who haven't chosen an agent yet as Pinnaclesports has still been available to us, if you could clear
up the issue of GBP £ that would be good.

There is no other name for your accusations but rude!
First of all, claiming that you rolled over more than 6-7 times is absolutely lie!
You deposited 2K euro and your turn over is less than 4K. Where we come from this is less than 2 times rollover.
We can easily prove that if necessary!
Second, it is clearly stated in this forum what we require from members- 10 times rollover:
"We would really like to avoid further disputes and have taken in account all of your comments, and will most definitely take on the suggestion of a X10 times rollover." isn't it clear enough?
Third, I would like to let everyone in the forum know that this guy accused us today that "someone" broke into his account and placed bets on his behalf.
Only after trying to convince him that there is no chance that we would act in this way (we don't have your password and if we change it, you will not be able to login. Besides- the day we do it we can close our business), he remembered that the credentials were given by him to someone else who gave it to his "brother in law" who placed this bet. Does it sound reliable person to you?
During all the conversation he is accusing us for "poor service". What for? No one knows....
So sir, please take your business elsewhere. We have real customers to treat here.

Re: About Premiumtradings
Dear Premium Tradings.
I'm not defending this particular case or francescosol.
But if a customer deposits several months ago thinking you said "no turn over rules".
Then to find out you added rules in this 5 page long thread in this forum a few weeks ago.
You have not been clear that you could add new rules after someone have deposited a few months ago. (x10 turnover). You also have not been clear that you also demand us to find out changes of your rules and % through daily monitoring of this 5 page thread. Please just realise you must change your communication too and be a lot more transparent and tell us by what rules to play by upfront.

Re: About Premiumtradings
It takes a lot of effort to bring your own BF commission to a sub 4% level that PT is offering. When after months you have wagered your initial deposits only a few times then it's fair to say that you are not making the best of this great tool offered to you. Maybe this is the real issue here.

Re: About Premiumtradings
Dear Hoppy
Noted.
Yet we would like to correct you- no one said "no turn over rules".
It is stated on our website T&C, which we amended after recieving the feedback that it is not clear enough. In any case, we see no reason to claim that our service is poor or to stay away for it.

Re: About Premiumtradings
Premium tradings is treating me solid for the last few months im using them.
Im a pretty good loser there though, so just made one ewallet withdrawal, which was free.
Let me note that they can take deposits from e-wallets under friends accounts, as well as withdraw to to other friends accounts ewallets. This can help you transfer money from neteller to skrill or vice versa.
Money transfers between accounts are not instant, but only take 15mins approximately if you notify them by skype.
I got my personal deals depending on the level of the turnover i achieve every month, on top of the standard arbusers benefits I have.
Their goal tool platform has betfair (4% flat comission) and foobet exchanges implemented in, i find that very useful.
Im an easy customer for them though, i just open my accounts there and keep turning over...
Low bankroll players might have trouble meeting the minimum deposit to open accounts (minimum 1000 or more i believe) and making a big first deposit to avoid fees.
I think asian connect is friendlier for our low-bankroll friends here.
They are a very flexible tool for me and i would recommend them to anyone with a healthy bankroll.
