There is no other name for your accusations but rude!
First of all, claiming that you rolled over more than 6-7 times is absolutely lie!
You deposited 2K euro and your turn over is less than 4K. Where we come from this is less than 2 times rollover.
We can easily prove that if necessary!

Unfortunately, you forgot that I opened under in my name at least 6 accounts with my friends name, they bet and  often  lost thousands of Euros. we dont speaking about 1 only account, did you forget these little details!
if in one account i ask a complete withdraw after 1x or 2x rollover, after my friends bet and lost in the others accounts, it would be correct not charge commission

Third, I would like to let everyone in the forum know that this guy accused us today that "someone" broke into his account and placed bets on his behalf.
Only after trying to convince him that there is no chance that we would act in this way (we don't have your password and if we change it, you will not be able to login. Besides- the day we do it we can close our business), he remembered that the credentials were given by him to someone else who gave it to his "brother in law" who placed this bet. Does it sound reliable person to you?

beyond that you're reporting a distorted reality of how the facts are, you're making public, a private chat in which I have absolutely not accused anyone, in fact I asked calmly and kindness  if there were in 1000 or 1100 in balance, because  My friend was pissed off with me finding only 1000 Euros in him BF (950 eur WD after stealing 50  fees), but after talking with the family discovered that his brother in law has made the bet in secret.
i think its normal ask to PT if someone hacked the account, who better than them can know this? i repeat, i asked this calmly without blaming anyone
this is the simple truth and being falsely accused by PT with certain phrases and accuses, since PT, theoretically, a serious company, its very unprofessional.
I'll leave you the considerations ...

Opened up my PT account yesterday (mentioning arbusers of course) and everything seems great so far.
I was just wondering PT,  out of interest do you take any of the action, or do you not care if we win or lose?

There is no point for us to take any action against arbitrage players - we will never win a thing.
Besides, when it comes to BetFair we have no option to take anything.
We just earn commissions from the bookies, and share some of it with you.

Just wondered, and I wont feel bad now because I will spank pinny on my niche markets!!

On my now closed UK pinny account I moved their lines by up to 20% because they knew I was spanking them on them.

They havnt locked onto me yet with your PT account LOL

I got slightly lower limits ,like 10% last time i compared, on my PT and also AC pinnacle accounts than my regular one.
Im a big loser on all 3 accounts.
I remember we talked about this before, does pinny lower limits of sharp bettors or do they just make their lines move faster after sharp account make bets?

With my old UK Pinny acc  (RIP) I caned them at some of the smaller sports, and my bet would shift the line much more than my friends acc.  Sometimes it would shift a 2 way line so much you could back the other side back at a profit (Obviously I never did this lol)

Requested my 1st withdrawal this morning, and it hit my skrill account perfectly.
